Use DND's Revit Templates to create your Revit Model and sheets. Follow our step by step instructions on the Export of the Revit Sheet - making sure that you specify and use our pre-defined Revit Families/Category to Layer map for DND. Once done, run ScripPro and select the DWG files you just created. In ScriptPro, select our automated cleanup script. Run Script. Done! Of course, you can clean up a single file at a time if you want!!

Double click the downloaded exe file and install the product.

You will need an installation Key to proceed. (The installation key will be e-mailed to you once payment has been processed.)

Follow the on-screen prompts for the rest of the installation.

There is also a User Guide found in the Add-Ins Tab, found in the Ribbon of AutoCAD. The User Guide includes a Tutorial with a Sample Revit model and detailed installation steps. The same guide can also be found in the Windows Start Menu....

ScriptPro: ScriptPro version 2 must be installed if you will run a batch of files to convert. If ScriptPro is not already installed, our installation routine will install it for you automatically.

Optional: It is highly recommended by DND that you download the DND Checker and run it on your drawings before submitting them to DND. To do so, you will need to get, install and run the FREE DND checker (desktop app) after you have processed/cleaned the drawing (using our app). And since a portion of "passing" the DND Check requires the correct Color Tables for printing, this means you will need to download and install the FREE DND CAD Standards, to get the CTB files.

Not tested with any versions of Revit and AutoCAD older than 2014, but it might still work......

The current DND Checker works with 2013 to 2015 (out of box). We did not create the DND Checker and therefore are not responsible for making it work in 2016 and up. However we included instructions to help you get the DND Checker working in 2016 and up.

You can use our app in any AutoCAD vertical app from 2014 to 2023 with no issues. But to run your final DND Check, using the DND Checker, you will need to run the DND Checker in AutoCAD 2015 or modify a small xml file that will allow the DND Checker to run in 2016 and up. Note that we offer no support for the DND Checker as this app is not ours!!
