Fixed issue getting material library on languages other than English

- Circular plane Light sources of any radius
- 3D Orientation, and distance from centre

I had some trouble first with my fusion 360 version but Rowan fixed it realy quicky and now this works perfectly !
I will do better rendering now with this plugin
