can you update it to revit 2024
it works for 2024
can you update it to revit 2024 pls ?
Tool works just fine. Not sure why the negative comments: perhaps an earlier version didn't work so well?
I found using a 3D view to select the columns and then toggle to a section level to select the level works perfectly.
This is a really great job, i can't find words to thank you.
I just wonder if you kindly inform me, why some columns family gets a rotation or mirror (family flip control) after splitting them, noting that the lower body of the column doesn't take the same action.
I mean that the column splitted for 2 parts, lower is in its original location and filp state, but the upper take a flip diffirant than the original, just in some cases.
Is this a problem in my family or what do you advise regarding this.
If you need some screen shots i can send them by mail.
Again and again, many thanks to you
Hello Mohamed, Thanks for the review. Please send me the project that you are using for column splitter. We will take a look and see where do the problem lies, if any. Please email me at a.masood@strucsoftsolutions.com directly.

It works well for me using Autodesk Revit 2019. Thank you very much
nice tool always use it
Not a good app. Need to develop. Not easy to use also not splitting many columns at same time.Always Error report
Works with multiple levels and vertical columns.
don't download it, it does not work at all. Check the comments !!!!!! I downloaded and installed but this is bullshit.
Please note that this App only works for Column Style: Vertical
I can only split the column when I am in a section. I can only split the column 1 at a time. Once I split it my foundations move to the higher Column I have split
sry but i go with 2 stars. it's doesn't work at all. i try and nothing happen.
Works with vertical columns as expected. Does not work with slanted ones - this could be a good advancement in further develpment.
slanted columns can be slanted without this extension by use the split element tool in Modify tab
Slanted columns can be split with "split" tool - no question about that... The advantage of using this extension for splitting them would be in splitting multiple slanted columns at multiple levels with one command.
Hi guys, thanks for this amazing tool. Have you got plans to release 2015 version for it?
the notes above claim it words for 2013, 2014, and 2015
helpful
This tool works exactly as advertised.
Hi guys - your selection issues should be fixed now - please let us know alexine@strucsoftsolutions.com.
Will only split column one level at a time. Selecting more than one level causes an error message.
Always prompts nothing is selected when I have selected some columns. It will give it zero stars.
what about message: "cannot split following elements because the gap offsets are too large" for any value including 0.
