Description
Various file types can be exported. Currently, Step, DWFx, PDF, DWG, and DXF files can be exported from your models and drawings.
File naming can be configured to include iProperty information in the filenames.
Export jobs can be triggered by implementing a custom job in your Vault Lifecycle definition to start the processing of the files on the "Release to Manufacture" state for instance.
Email notifications can be configured to inform you of any failed jobs.
Note: This app uses a custom installer (and not the standard App Store installer).

Pieter and the guys at MGFX have made a great plugin here that automatically produces the DXF, STEP file and a range of other files that are needed for production. We have set ours to run automatically on the release cycle. Very versiitile plugin and they are good at responding to improvements / requests.
