Select properly zoomed objects to be able to follow the current dynamic scale/rotate settings.

Run the commands SCALEBB or ROTATEBB

Select the objects and follow the command-line instructions. You can now move your mouse to scale/rotate the objects interactively or press "T" to type the transformation factor numerically. You can also press "R" (their ref point), "L" (the lower-left point of their bounding box), and "C" (the center point of their bounding box) to change the reference point used for the objects. The "N" key switches to the next object when specifying the factor by mouse pointing.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in. To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 7/8.1/10) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
