Install the Matterport app:

• Capture a space through your smartphone or 3D capture camera with Matterport
• Have your Account Admin login to ACC and install Matterport via Apps
• Open and log in to your Matterport account, go to Settings then click on Add-ons 
• Ensure that BIM File and Matterpak bundle is toggled on
• Then toggle on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) 

Note: The Matterport app uses 3-legged authentication

Send Matterport add-ons to Autodesk Construction Cloud:

• Go to your space and order an add-on (BIM File or MatterPak)
• Once the add-on is ready in your Matterport account, choose Export to Autodesk
• Follow the prompts and then select the Project Folder location to export the add-on
• Once processed, the file will be exported into ACC under Files in the selected folder to start using 

Enable Autodesk Construction Cloud RFIs & Issues in Matterport:

• Go to your space and navigate to Add-ons 
• Once there, choose Autodesk Construction Cloud RFIs & Issues and click Launch to open this functionality in your Matterport digital twin
• Select the ACC account and project for the space to sync with
• Then, follow the prompts to authorize with Autodesk
• The space is now ready to create RFIs & Issues that will be synced to your ACC account 

Users must have a Matterport account with a subscription plan of Business or higher. Refer to our support article for more details.
