Instructions for Adding Nyfty to an Autodesk Construction Cloud® Account: 

ACC/Autodesk® BIM 360® Admins can find the Nyfty ACC / BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab. Select to add to your ACC/BIM 360 Account. Your Nyfty Integration is now active in ACC/BIM 360.

Go to https://console.nyfty.ai and create your free account, then set up your first Project by linking with your ACC Account. 

Create Libraries in Nyfty

Nyfty can use fillable PDFs if a document is required in a process, such as a JHA, Toolbox Talk Record, or Orientation Record. To save time for users, Nyfty can pre-fill these PDFs with the project or user data (let's not ask people to write the project name, or their name if we already know it!). These fillable PDFs can be loaded into a Nyfty Library or directly into a Bot. The benefit of using a library is that you can set up ‘pre-fills’ and reuse them across multiple projects, and if you make changes, you only need to make them in one place.

Add Trades from Daily Report to Nyfty
If you want Nyfty to write Work Logs to your Daily Report, you should also write any trades defined in that ACC Form into Nyfty. On your project in Nyfty there is a ‘Trades’ section where you can write these. 

Create Bots

Decide which workflows you want to Automate and use either a QR Trigger Bot or QR Attendance Bot as the main Bot for enrolling people into the system and for triggering other Bots.

Once the QR Trigger Bot or QR Attendance Bot is created, you can use the ‘add’ button on those Bots to add Bots for specific workflows like JHAs, Toolbox Talks, Forms or Inspections and even broadcasting messages out to the site.

If the workflow requires forms you can use either a library mentioned above or add a fillable PDF directly to the Bot. In either case, you can define where the Bot should write the PDF in ACC, either as a Form or as a File. 

You can use advanced settings in the Bot to define Filenames and Folders Nyfty should look for, and or create dynamically, i.e. Have Nyfty dynamically create a Folder for all Orientation records based on the Contractor’s Name, and include the worker’s name and hard hat decal in the filename i.e. /Safety/Orientations/Company_Name/Decalnumber_Workername_Comanyname_datetime.pdf.
