Instructions for Adding Graitec File Sync to an Autodesk Construction Cloud Account®:

ACC/Autodesk® BIM 360® Admins can find the Graitec File Sync ACC / BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the "Apps" tab. Select to add to your ACC / BIM 360 Account. Your Graitec File Sync Integration is now active in ACC / BIM 360.

Setup Process in ACC:

To enable the FILE SYNC applications to sync data with ACC and BIM 360 you first need to install our integration app.

1. Login to your Autodesk® Build (ACC) admin account.
   1. Select "Account Admin" from the top-left drop-down menu
   2. Click on "Apps" in the sidebar, and you will find the app ERP SYNC listed
   3. Click on "Graitec FILE SYNC"
2. Click on the "Install" button under the FILE SYNC logo.
3. Click on the "Authorize and Install" button to allow access to your Autodesk Build (ACC) account and document data.
4. You should see a message in the top-right corner confirming that the app has been successfully added. You should also see "Status: Activated" under the ERP SYNC logo.

How to Start Syncing?

1. Set up Connections: In the GRAITEC FILE SYNC desktop application, establish connections with the systems you want to sync.
2. Create a Project: On the Projects page, create a new project for your sync tasks.
3. Configure Syncs: Within your project, define the sync parameters, like source, destination, and any specific rules.
4. Start Syncing: Initiate the sync manually or schedule it for automated syncing. Monitor progress in the Activity section.
