Instructions for Adding 360Sync™ to a BIM 360 Account:

BIM360 Admins can find the 360Sync™ BIM 360 Integration in Account Administration under the “Apps” tab. Select to add to your BIM 360 Account. Your 360Sync™ BIM 360 Integration is now active in BIM 360.

360 Sync™ allows you to synchronize files between local servers and BIM 360 or between different BIM 360 services. Create as many jobs as needed. Each job can be setup manually or run automatically. 360 Sync™ synchronizes folders and files between BIM 360 and other cloud sharing services – Dropbox, Box, Egnyte, Sharefile, and Google Drive. You can also sync data between BIM 360 Docs, BIM 360 Field BIM 360 Glue, and BIM 360 Team.

360 Sync™ is the only tool that can migrate large batches of folders and files from outdated servers to BIM 360 Docs.

It simple terms, 360 Sync™ automatically copies select folders and files from a Source Folder to a Destination Folder. Folders can be on a local server or folders can be part of a specific BIM 360 Project. 

Simply double-click on the installation file to install 360 Sync. Once installed and configured, 360 Sync™ will automatically synchronize 24/7/365. Start 360 Sync™ and provide BIM 360 user credentials that has access to specific project files in the BIM 360 Cloud. Users can create multiple configurations to synchronize local files and BIM 360 files. Create mapping to automatically sync files between BIM 360 Team and BIM 360 Field.  Create another mapping to automatically sync files between BIM 360 Field and Dropbox. Many AE firms sync Windows folders with BIM 360 Docs.

What if your internet is down? You can also configure 360 Sync™ to notify you if any synchronization fails. 360 Sync™ will try again so you don’t have to worry.

360 Sync™ automatically synchronizes file to and from BIM 360 Docs, Field, and Team. We can upload files to BIM 360 Glue but due to API limitation, we cannot download files.
