We do 2 things really well, we automate field processes in Autodesk Construction Cloud®, and we manage site attendance, you can have either or both.
Automate Field Processes
We automate field processes, i.e. getting people to comply with processes in your ACC account, like making sure Worklogs, JHAs, Toolbox Talks, etc are completed and saved to ACC. We use text messages to reach out to people, get them to complete the process, and then we save it back to Autodesk®.

Manage Site Attendance
We manage site attendance, i.e. manage who is on your job site from Virtual Attendance (using text messages) through to Smart Access turnstile control. We can automate your Site Diary with worklog data, support emergency evacuations and provide a platform for communicating with workers on your job site.
QR Attendance Bot - An AI for checking workers in and out of your job site, automating evacuation roll calls and writing Work Log data to the Site Diary.
Virtual Attendance uses SMS and QR Codes to enroll workers, and then check who is coming to the site each day.
Foreman Only Mode is the most popular configuration, where Nyfty simply reaches out to each Foreman and asks them to select which of their workers are on site that day.
Smart Access Controllers use RFID Sticker and/or Apple & Google Wallet ‘Boarding Passes’ to check workers in and out of your job site, and can be used to control Turnstiles or Gates. Highly configurable for security and emergency management. They take the hassle out of access control by managing the issue of electronic Passes, they are very fast with high throughput rates.
Digital Passes are sent to workers by SMS and can be loaded into Apple or Google Wallets taking the hassle out of issuing access badges. For workers without phones, RFID Stickers can be issued and used on hardhats/badges as an alternative.
Evacuation Mode can be triggered to assist with automating roll calls when you evacuate a job site. Superintendents and Foremen can see in real-time as their workers reply by SMS to say they have reached a muster point.
Authentication
Nyfty uses your ACC login credentials to authenticate you into Nyfty, to sync your basic project information and to write information data and files back to your project in ACC. For the tech heads, we use a combination of 2-legged and 3-legged authentication, in line with ACC API Guidelines.
When you log into Nyfty with your ACC account, you will be asked to allow the following permissions:
Identity - So we know your Name, Company and Email
Data - To read, write and manage files and folders when Nyfty writes completed records to Files and Forms, and when we write Work Logs to the Daily Report.
Related Accounts - We can sync detailed project information to confirm which country your project is based in. We use this to make sure we use a local telephone number to send and receive text messages.
