Autodesk Construction Cloud® and Sterling Cost & Carbon customers will now be able to easily access project documentation from ACC / Autodesk® BIM 360® from within their Sterling project. This integration ensures quantity surveyors, cost estimators and sustainability professionals always have access to the latest project information and provides confidence that their information is accurate.

• Ability to create & send out multi-level work packages to bidders, review and compare submitted bids and incorporate preferred bid values into the cost plan for cost and carbon. 
• Bidders can view and review all related documents, drawings, and models in an Enquiry package before adding their pricing, carbon values, adjustments and supporting documentation before submitting their bid via Sterling.

LIFECYCLE - This module looks beyond Capital expense into the Lifecycle and is aligned with NRM3/ICMS for cost and/or carbon.

Using this module's CROME methodology will allow users to ensure their proposal is not only the best value for money and carbon today but also the best value over the asset life.
