Polyline 2 Corridor
Win64, EnglishGeneral Usage Instructions
Input required from the user:
- A surface that represents the ground. This can be the existing ground or an alternative surface. This step is required because the corridors use a surface profile as a vertical baseline.
- Polylines you wish to convert.
Step-by-step guide:
When the command is executed, a settings window will appear. Here, the user can configure various options used during execution, such as:
- Names and styles of alignments, profiles, assemblies, and corridors
- Specific conversion settings for the alignment and the corridor
- (Optional if choosing to use the predefined assembly) A list of additional assemblies that will be created and used. These assemblies have different values for the depth and diameter of the utility. The assignment of an assembly is done by searching for a specific word in the layer name of the polyline.
The user can export all these settings to a file so that they can be reloaded in the future and used with the same configurations.
When the "Start" button is pressed, the function begins. The user then selects a surface and polylines. After that, it is a matter of waiting until the conversion is complete. The progress bar provides insight into the progress.
