This will help in creating an Autodesk® Civil 3D® profile based on the vertices of the 3D polyline.
The command prompts for a polyline, an alignment, and then creates a profile based on the vertices of the 3D polyline.

Like this app a lot, very usefull.
Will You be upgrading it to 2019 version?
and to 2020? :D Our boss wants us to maybe move to 2020 version of Civil 3D and this app is quite important, like, we can't finish our drawings without it.
The update should be posted sometime next week for Civil 3D 2020. Send an email to Cust. Support, found on this page if it doesn't get posted.
I think this feature is important in designing retaining walls.We need the elevations in the band and we can't do it using the projected 3D polylines to profile view only.
