Cogo Point Tools allows you to create new points or to update existing cogo points within a drawing file. You can also create preset property collections that allows you to quickly create new points according to your standards. 

Other tools allow you to change a point's location without affecting the elevation, to create a new point group from a point's raw description, raise or lower the elevation of a point, and to add a point's number or description to an existing point group.
