Added support for feeds and speeds. Added Holders (Adaptive Items), along with Collets and Sleeves. Added the capability to assemble Holders with Solid Carbide End Mills, Solid Carbide Drills, Taps and Reamers.

    All drills ,holders & solid endmills are great

    But i think that indexable miling not downloaded correctly , complete assembly not allowed 
    also feed and speed from NOVO
