This tool allows you to create your own sketch symbol library. You can extract a sketch symbol and also import these symbols in any drawing.

1. Start a new drawing file.
   
   
2. Create sketched symbols.
   
   
3. Save the drawing.
   
   
4. Hit the extract Symbol button. This will automatically create a folder under root (C:\SketchSymbol\Depot) and copies all the symbols under this folder as a file.
   
   
5. You can import these symbols using "Import Symbol" which will list all the symbols under this folder.
   
   
6. Any unused symbol in the drawing can be purged using "Purge Symbol"

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You can unload the plugin without uninstalling it by unchecking the "Loaded/Unloaded" checkbox associated with the plugin in the Autodesk® Inventor® Add-In Manager. You may have to restart Inventor to completely unload the application.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, you can uninstall it from 'Control Panel/Programs and Features' (Windows 7/8.1/10/11), just as you would uninstall any other application from your system.

If you use remote server option, you should re-install the sketch symbol library in the new Inventor version.
