Stretch the vertex of any rectangle and the rectangle will regenerate to the new measurements depending on where the vertex is stretched.
Example
If you have a rectangle in the coordinates
- P1 0.0 lower left
- P2 1.0 lower right
- P3 1.1 upper right
- P4 0.1 upper left
If you stretch the vertex of point p 3 to coordinates 5,4, your new rectangle will be :
- P1 0,0
- P2 5,0
- P3 5,4
- P4 0,4
If we did this with a normal rectangle the final figure would no longer be a rectangle
The rectangles that this plugin can process are those created by the Autodesk® AutoCAD® RECTANGLE command and perfect rectangles created with polylines.
