General Usage Instructions

Download and Install: Begin by downloading the app from the store. Install the application on your system.

Open AutoCAD Plant 3D.

Type in the command line PLANTREGISTERCUSTOMSCRIPTS.

Then Restart Your AutoCAD And SPEC Editor. This step registers the script with AutoCAD Plant 3D.

Catalog Integration: Access AutoCAD Spec Editor and navigate to your catalog. 

Add new components, and you'll discover our gasket under "Fasteners > Gasket."

Unique Visuals: Our gasket comes with a unique and visually appealing representation, making it stand out in your designs.

Installation/Uninstallation

Installation Steps:

  1. Download and Install: Begin by downloading the app from the store.
  2. Change the AutoCAD year as per your AutoCAD version when you see this path "C:\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2025 Content\CPak Common". Install the application on your system.
  3. Open AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  4. Type in the command line PLANTREGISTERCUSTOMSCRIPTS.
  5. Then Restart Your AutoCAD And SPEC Editor. This step registers the script with AutoCAD Plant 3D.

Uninstallation

Directly uninstall your PyGasket from the Control panel > Add and Remove program > Pick the program "PyGasket" and uninstall
