Once the package has been purchased, we sent khailongtech an email asking for assistance in download and install. Despite the very different time zone, Mr. Quan Hoang Minh answered in real time and solved our issues. In the end, it turned out that the catalog is very easy to install, and above all it works very fine. 3d models look fine , isos and reports work fine (we made only minor language and firm-codes customizations)
Over the past few years we spent time to make some Swagelok Items ourselves, but the khailongtech package results way better looking and usable. It was absolutey worth buying it.

I used this cpack for a few works for the moment, and it helps me very well to make air connections and other liquids. I add new configs to the catalog and it runs great. So, for the moment, nothing against this cpack and it is a great add to use in Plant design.
