The workflow is very straightforward. Kindly check that the Robot is running and the model is open.

Installation/Uninstallation
Installation and admin rights on your workstation are not required. Just put the downloaded exe file into the desired folder, add it to the Add-ins menu in Robot and run it from there.
Please note that the license is locked to one computer and it is not possible to transfer the license to another workstation.
