This app provides a set of tools to control your levels and grids. It allows you to change level assignments, and level names, move multiple levels simultaneously, and renumber grids.   

Reassign Levels:

A big part of this tool allows you to change reference levels without changing the element’s location/elevation. The tool will do it automatically and will set the correct offsets for you!

The tool is going to do it automatically. It will set the correct offsets for you.

No longer, you will have to calculate them manually. Choose the new level (or use another provided option) and it will be done.

Each of the buttons has 6 different options you might use.

1. Default: You will be prompted to choose one level and the tool will try to set it for all selected elements.

2. Set the level to the Closest: The tool will automatically choose the closest level (the one resulting in the smallest offset) for each element. The levels will be calculated separately for all selected elements.

3. Set the level to the Closest Above: The tool will automatically choose the closest level for your elements, but this time it will look only for a level whose elevation is above the selected elements.

    For example: If you have a floor between two levels, the tool will always assign the level above your floor - even if the offset would be comparably larger than the level below.

4. Set the level to the Closest Below: The tool will automatically choose the closest level for your elements, but this time it will look only for a level whose elevation is below the selected elements.

    For example: If you have a floor between two levels, the tool will always assign the level below your floor - even if the offset would be comparably larger than the level above.

5. Set the level to the one above the currently selected: The tool will automatically change the reference level to the one above the currently selected. The levels will be calculated separately for all selected elements.

    For example: If you have a floor on level 1 it will change its reference to level 2 and its offset to -3000 mm.

6. Set the level to the one below the currently selected: The tool will automatically change the reference level to the one above the currently selected.

    For example: If you have a floor on level 2 it will change its reference to level 1 and its offset to 3000 mm.

Level Names:

There are many tools that help you rename the levels in your project.

1. Rename Levels with Menu.
2. Find and Replace in Level Names.
3. Rename Levels Up.
4. Rename Levels Down.
5. Add Prefix or Suffix to Levels.

Edit Level:

Grid Names:

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

You may need to restart the Autodesk product to activate the app/plug-in.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

We keep some text files in your documents, so after uninstalling you may check the W7K folder there.
