1. Navigate to the Add-in Tab:
- Open Autodesk software and go to the "Add-in" tab on the main ribbon.

2. Activate Sheet Sorter:
- Click on the "AutoSheetSort Sorting" button to launch the plugin interface.

3. Set Display Options:
- Enter the required values as demonstrated in the tutorial.

4. Start Number Selection:
- Choose the start number by selecting an existing item. This allows you to begin numbering sheets based on a specific type,if you have sheets labeled A01-101, A01-102, A02-102, and AF02-103, the start number  would be "101" but you can change the start number to new one if you want.

5. Separator Selection(Optional):
- Select a separator by choosing an existing item. This will define how items are separated in your numbering scheme,if you have sheets labeled A01-101, A01-102, A02-102, and AF02-103, the separator would be "-" and also if you have not separator, leave this part blank.

6. Add Main Items for Sorting:
- Identify the main items for your sheets. For example, if you have sheets labeled A01-101, A01-102, A02-102, and AF02-103, the main items would be "A01" and "A02".
- Add these main items to your list for sorting.
Please consider that your added main item should match with your existing item in your project sheet numbers.

7. Execute Sorting:
- Once all parameters are set, press the "Sort" button to sort your sheets according to the defined criteria.

By following these steps, you can efficiently organize and sort your sheets using the Sheet Sorter plugin.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from the Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin. Make sure that the Autodesk product is completely closed when running the installer.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.

1. Sheet Numbering Order:
- The Sheet Sorter plugin ensures that main items are positioned before the separator in the sheet numbering sequence, as demonstrated in the tutorial under the General Instructions. Users are advised to follow the tutorial closely to achieve the desired results.

2. Undo Operation:
- After sorting sheets using the plugin, users may need to double press the undo button to revert the sorting. This is necessary to prevent unique name errors for sheet numbers. We are working on improving this functionality in future updates.
