The app has an  easy workflow:

1. Select Tags In view plan with two options of selection.  The first one is direct rectangular on the screen with filter selection and the second one picks the object then press finish after you set the inputs of tags offsets and leader angles.
2. Pick the point you want on the screen to put the tags you selected on.
3. The app will run and lets you select anther position if you want to change the location of tags.
4. You can end this process with the escape button.
5. Then the app allows you to change the offset again with two options manual or automatic by changing values of offsets and the angle of leaders.
6. You can press run in manual mode or just change in automatic mode.

The installer that ran when you downloaded this app/plug-in from Autodesk App Store will start installing the app/plug-in. OR, simply double-click the downloaded installer to install the app/plugin.

To uninstall this plug-in, exit the Autodesk product if you are currently running it, simply rerun the installer, and select the "Uninstall" button. OR, click Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features (Windows 8.1/10/11) and uninstall as you would any other application from your system.
